What do you like best? The canvas feature is great for creating an automated flow of notifications for a cohort of users. It's simple and effective for engaging with your users. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Braze is very user friendly and has a support team that are always super helpful. Besides being happy with the overall platform, Braze LAB is super useful. What do you like best? Braze is really easy to build campaigns in. When you are stuck they have LAB courses you can take to help acclimate you to the platform and their support team is very responsive. What do you dislike? This is more a word to the wise, but when setting up Braze make sure you have all the feeds in as soon as possible. This way you can start to test out all the different capabilities. What do you like best? Really enjoy using all of the segmentation features. What do you like best? Product is always improving and our customer success manager is always interested in our feedback, plus letting us know about product roadmap items. I would highly recommend Braze as an ESP.
What do you like best? Braze is intuitive. The steps to setting up and deploying an email are simple and straight forward so that I am able to focus more so on strategy as a marketer and less time (frustratingly) setting up campaigns. What do you dislike? Push open data is overstated and misleading under campaign details because it is calculating open rate off of influenced opens (meaning they are counting an open even if someone closes out of it).
