What do you like best about Braze? How user-friendly it is. Even if you don't have a technical background, you can engage with your users through different channels. Braze keeps improving the product, adding more and more capabilities. It has excellent Customer Service ready to jump and help.

What do you like best about Braze? As someone who is new to the industry, I found the customer support to be excellent, as well as the breadth of supporting documents. It helped make the transition to this world of CRM extremely smooth. The diversity of tools available to engage with your audience is also amazing as it allows the team to communicate using multichannel messaging strategies which is vital in my industry.
