What do you like best about Braze? Braze provides a vast depth of options to engage your audience, and they're constantly expanding. The documentation provided is thorough and valuable. All interactions with the support team have been excellent, and Braze delivers a clean platform for engineers and marketers to engage users.

What do you like best about Braze? I like the freedom Braze gives us for creating campaigns and experimenting. Experiment paths and other features are super helpful when testing new initiatives, and we test them constantly. I also greatly appreciate the constant support we get from Braze team, as they're super fast when raising a ticket or any problem

What do you like best about Braze? Braze is best tool in the market for segmenting and conducting many experiments. With Braze, you can create easy automations and campaigns. Braze is fairly easy to use as well.

What do you like best about Braze? Braze makes it very easy to both set up recurring workflows (canvases) and have one-off campaigns. We were able to customize our instance to fit our specific needs and pull in our own data to segment and customize with.
