What do you like best about Braze? For me as a person who works more on the setup side, it is easy to integrate Braze into our tech stack, as it offers a wide variety of ways of loading data, be it Snowflake Cloud Data Ingestion, API, or just manual CSV uploads. On top of that, documentation is well-developed and offers pre-made solutions for certain issues that just work. No need to spend time coming up with solutions, when Braze offers one already.

Braze is very powerful in orchestrating marketing and service messages across different channels such as in-app messages, push notifications, sms, email and web messages. It does not require technical skills to set up a journey which has many decision points. They provide multichannel messaging with personalization and cross-channel orchestration capabilities. We are also able to leverage experimentation features frequently while launching brand-new campaigns. It's easy to distribute messages to multiple/desired channels within the same campaign.

What do you like best about Braze? We are using braze to enable Destinations in creating personalized, helpful communication along their whole customer journey. We are also leveraging braze for interaction with our Skiline Community of Skiers and Snowboardes (5Mio users). Braze handles massive communication easily, has lots of functionality through APIs but also through the UI itself to segment and personalize messages on different media.

The data analytics and reporting dashboard is well tailored to our requirements to reach every customer and learn about our campaigns.
