A Necessary User Engagement 🙌
What do you like best? The canvas feature is great for creating an automated flow of notifications for a cohort of users. It's simple and effective for engaging with your users. What do you dislike? Great CRM Tool!
What do you like best? Braze is really easy to build campaigns in. When you are stuck they have LAB courses you can take to help acclimate you to the platform and their support team is very responsive. What do you dislike? Extremely powerful and easy to use once setup correctly
What do you like best? The segmentation and personalization tools are extremely robust, but still easy to use, which is a combination that is hard to find in the marketing tool world. What do you like best? In addition to being easy to being an easy to use platform, I'm in love with their support. I love working with Kevin, one of the most enthusiastic people I've worked with.
