What do you like best? I loved the affinity sections within the monitors we set up for clients or prospective clients. It really helped us paint the picture of the audience we were looking at. Monitor setup was also extremely easy. If you have a search background it will be a breeze for you. What do you dislike? The limited number of monitors you could have within your account. What do you like best? User-Friendly interface Lovely and quick support Fast, boolean operators High-end customizable dashboards What do you dislike? What do you like best? Quick responses when you've got a question and genuine passion to help you across all areas What do you dislike? UI has improved recently but there is still work to do going forward What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting data to people who never consume it, or know we even have it - Vizia has been great for that.

Brandwatch is an amazing tool for social listening
What do you like best? I like the versatility of the tool, specially how you can create custom rules and categories to segment online mentions by. I also think the brand has a great company culture, with really friendly and insightful reps What do you dislike? Useful for educational purposes, but still has its limits.
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to access a vast amount of information and there are not as many limits on the data searched as other social media websites (netlytics). What do you dislike? I don't like how you are limited only have 5 recent "searches". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Over my years spent in the digital world, I've been given the chance to look into third party listening devices. One of their biggest mistakes is that while they appear visually appealing, they fail to offer what you're actually paying them for. Brandwatch has been that tool that lets me swim around data pools. What do you like best?
