Never seen a better social analytics tool!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part is definitelly customer service, as I am supposed to click a single button to solve my problems. I don't know if I can even specify a problem, because ever since I started using Brandwatch in 2012, it has been nothing but easy and straightforward. I'm still learning how to use it, that's true, but that's only because they won't stop introducing new features! The system is simple, but you can do som serious in-depth ...

Social intelligence has its own Ferrari.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I'm constantly depending on Brandwatch to keep me informed. It lets me in on things that I really need to know about. Thanks to that, I can now come up with educated decisions. What's more, I always have a surprise waiting for me on the other side. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We're not speedy as that of Brandwatch from time to time. We have a tendency to forget about building queries before we're in need ...

Not easy to get super granular with data Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend! Great unique product. What problems are you solving with the product? Amazing social intelligence tool

What do you like best? Easy to use interface. Dazzling and snappy help. Quick, boolean administrators. Top of the line adaptable dashboards. The apparatus is versatile, quick and exceptionally careful. What do you dislike? The lavishness of information is more prominent than different stages, yet it takes a constant venture to get those more profound outcomes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Certainly attempt to go to the DYK gathering!! Adapted SO much ...

Easy to use, useful analytics

What do you like best? I like the time-based analytics and the word cloud. What do you dislike? I’d like to see what time is the best to post, without having to pay extra. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowing if our platforms are growing and what kinds of posts are most popular, sentiment, what makes the news.

The Best in the Game

What do you like best? Brandwatch continues to think of the best ways to help us as social analysts to do our jobs better. That is why they win and will continue to win in the future What do you dislike? I think the platforms hamper Brandwatch's ability more than BW does. Not sure there is a bit downside other than that Recommendations to others considering the product: Do your research but you will find yourself back at Brandwatch before you know it. What problems are ...

It enables detailed insights to be developed across broad spectrums and fantastic additional features like logo recognition What do you dislike? Simple to Use Once You Get It

What do you like best? I like the dashboard feature of Crimson Hexagon. My organization does weekly analytics reporting so it's great to be able to save frequently searched items for quick reference. I also love how in depth, but easy to understand the analytics are. For example, the software doesn't just tell you things like people that may have seen your tweet. It also presents, who is most likely to be the reason your tweet got traction and how many followers they have. As a ...

Great Product, fantastic People

What do you like best? I use Brandwatch everyday to monitor conversations about my products and services. We need this data in order to connect the dots with our marketing efforts and create insights for our strategy teams. It's also a great research tool for planning and the near real-time analysis is crucial for seeing trends and picking up on crisis. The real time alerts are so powerful. We use these for nearly every query we set up. We also use the automated reporting which ...

Great for social listening

What do you like best? What I like most is the ability to craft complex Boolean queries to target exactly the kind of content I'm looking to pull. What do you dislike? Only the dashboard creator can delete mentions on any given dashboard. Inconvenient when I have multiple people working on the same project, and only one of us can delete irrelevant mentions, spam, etc. Requires extra work we wouldn't otherwise have to worry about if everyone could delete, and possible issues with ...
