Never seen a better social analytics tool!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part is definitelly customer service, as I am supposed to click a single button to solve my problems. I don't know if I can even specify a problem, because ever since I started using Brandwatch in 2012, it has been nothing but easy and straightforward. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I'm constantly depending on Brandwatch to keep me informed. It lets me in on things that I really need to know about. Thanks to that, I can now come up with educated decisions. What's more, I always have a surprise waiting for me on the other side. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Crimson Hexagon is a great way to generate sentiment around a particular product or topic.

Simple to Use Once You Get It
What do you like best? I like the dashboard feature of Crimson Hexagon. My organization does weekly analytics reporting so it's great to be able to save frequently searched items for quick reference. Great for social listening
What do you like best? What I like most is the ability to craft complex Boolean queries to target exactly the kind of content I'm looking to pull. What do you dislike? Only the dashboard creator can delete mentions on any given dashboard.
