Best tool out there for social listening
What do you like best? Great for accurate sentiment and topic analysis. Quick, easy to use and produces client ready deliverables in an instant. Boolean language editor makes it easy to set up listening to pull in only what is most important to you. What do you dislike? Excellent tool for the advanced user
What do you like best? Brandwatch gives great insights with very high data quality. It has an excellent spam filter and ensures there are no duplicate posts. If you can create Boolean searches well, this is the ideal tool social monitoring. The exports are very useful as well. What do you dislike? Prepare for a steep learning curve. Best automated software for sentiment analysis
What do you like best? We all know that good sentiment evaluation requires man power but Crimson Hexagon offers the best I've came across so far. Instead of using specific words to determine the tonality of conversation, it is possible to teach the software to score the tonality based on a sample of coverage manually evaluated and to improve the results gradually. Great overall functionality, but data quality is not up to the mark
What do you like best? The Brandwatch controls are the best I have seen till now. They save a lot of your valuable time when you are hunting for data. What do you dislike? The quality of data which is aggregated by BrandWatch is not good. The tool picks up a lot of spam and does not pic all of the conversations happening on Twitter, which results in loss of few social insights. Brandwatch has become an inseparable part of my job.
What do you like best? Brandwatch is a great tool. It has a very friendly user interface and impressive coverage of data. The graphs and reports produced are sophisticated and provide the user the flexibility to analyze huge volumes of mentions with minimum effort. Flexible, intuitive tool with great customer support
What do you like best? Setting up queries is very easy and the tool comes a strong suite of operators for accurate taxonomy building. The new dashboard is also very good and easy to use and the ability to quickly and effectively remove unwanted data is great. What I particularly like about the tool is the thought that's gone into building the workflow functionality for categorising and tagging posts. An extremely user friendly tool, with great quality of data
What do you like best? The user interface within both versions has been extremely intuitive, counter to what many of the other competitors offer. Brandwatch - Easily the best value in listening platforms in the market today
What do you like best? Honestly, there is really nothing that I don't like. I am a Practice Leader for my company's social media services practice and have evaluated almost ever tool out there. I was a long time fan boy and user of R6. Sadly, when R6 became Salesforce R6 their platform became stagnant and the cost went up. Scalable & Great Interface.
What do you like best? It's scalable and has a malleable interface - I create multiple dashboards for different team members. Data quality seems to be good. Not much of a need to export to excel to build charts they can look nice from the get go. Service team is good. They take me out to eat when in town..Perhaps I shouldn't of said that.
