What do you like best? Brandwatch has an comprehensive set of tools for data gathering and analysis, but that doesn't make it any difficult to use. With my Brandwatch reports I can get better insights for my business and audiences. What do you dislike? There's no portuguese version. But that's not a real big problem. Best Tool Around For Social Media Monitoring
What do you like best? Simple interface, effective dashboard, along with query strings that are relatively easy to construct. I've tried several tools including Sysomos, Radian 6 and none have matched up to Brandwatch. What do you dislike? Not knowing my way around the tool as much as I'd like. Invaluable product, competitive pricing, great account management
What do you like best? Account management and after-sales care is great at Brandwatch. Everyone i've dealt with is very helpful and knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help with specific campaigns and queries that we may have. Social listening at it's finest
What do you like best? Brandwatch is an enterprise level tool so it goes above and beyond a lot of tools out there. You can create extremely powerful queries to improve your monitoring. This allows you to get extremely granular with your searches, meaning they are more accurate and you'll find mentions you probably wouldn't find with other tools. What do you like best? Brandwatch is very easy to setup and collect useful insights from what is being discussed online. This means gathering data is really quick and analysing it is simple What do you dislike? Pulling the information into a customised report can sometimes take a while as there was no specific reporting functionality. What do you like best? Brandwatch allows you to write queries which can be used singly or can be grouped together with each other and social channels to form a single data set. Have used for many years and am constantly impressed by both the tool and the team behind it
What do you like best? Aside from a brilliant, clear and easy to use UI the platform offers the best level of querying, control and categorisation of data I've seen in around six years of working with social data. Being able to share dashboards with clients and partners, as well as control the level of access here is also a great feature.
