What do you like best? Ability to cut and dice verbatim by various keywords, tagging, categories, actions and rules - these are superior to what is generally available in this space. Brandwatch is by far the most complete digital-social analytics tool, that is also a breeze where the learning curve is concerned. our clients are not always technology wizards or social media experts, so being able to easily integrate even the finest intel tools is not always so easy. What do you like best? The interface is easier to use than other options. Its really useful to be able to download CSV files. I like the fact that you can segment the data to an extent. What do you dislike? It would be useful to download large CSV files - at the moment the restrictions make it difficult to to download full data sets. I don't find the word clouds particularly useful. Brilliant product for us and for our clients
What do you like best? It's really easy to use. It's really easy to set up quick ad hoc queries. There's incredible support from the Account Management teams if you need any heavier lifting or advice on an ongoing basis. It looks incredible - the graphs and charts look brilliant in client presentations and the way that the breadth of data collected is presented is incredible. Outstanding tool!
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can track sentiments, get the best out of my social media audience and the effort we are puttting in our social media channels. What do you dislike? There is absolutely nothing I dislike. The moment I think something should be improved, Brandwatch does it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to better segment our audience and Brandwatch is more than helpful!

Excellent monitoring with an evolving strategy
What do you like best? Great configuration options, good interface and a great scope and data quality. But best of all, is that Brandwatch as a company and as a platform continues to improve and evolve, offering more and more valuable features.
