Overall a good tool but could have come up with new features as well.
What do you like best? Very user friendly, Great and attractive charts/graphs. Can pull lot of social media site data and I like Topic wheel feature most. Sentiment analysis is a good feature too. The best part is we can customize sements based on positive and negative sentiments. What do you dislike? Lot of junk post data. Need to come up with better filtering options. Outstanding Tool, Nothing Better
What do you like best? My favorite feature was the ability to track a specific term, and then if the mentions went up by a certain percent I would get an email alert. That way if there was breaking news (or bad news), I could see how fast it was spreading. I also loved that if there were brand mentions from verified accounts I would get an email, this saved me a few times when celebs mentions the grand, but didn't use our Twitter handle. A very good product for social media monitoring, sentiment analysis and textual classification.
What do you like best? I like the following features:- 1. Direct access to Twitter hose data. One can download the tweets as well to do further advanced analytics. 2. Inbuilt Advance Analytics technique. 3. Machine learning algorithms which an individual can train according to his/her business terminology and needs. 4. Good visualizations What do you dislike? 1. Extremely user friendly
What do you like best? It is incredibly easy to use and much easier to write out a taxonomy compared to other tools What do you dislike? During certain times of the day, it takes too long to render. Great for finding topics to engage and formulate strategies around - not great for analytics
What do you like best? The ability to find affinities and identify fringe, but related topics of interest for a target audience, means that a client can creatively strategize around what others are talking about. An Excellent Segmentation Tool
What do you like best? Brandwatch not only has the best customer care and account mangers, it is great for when you really need to segment your audience. There are so many ways to analyze the data that the tool provides that many others don't. Another plus, is the ability to really see a story, rather than having to spend hours upon hours digging to determine what's going on. Great, flexible tool for social media monitoring
What do you like best? Brandwatch have done a great job. They allow powerful query creation in a flexible and intuitive interface (way better than Datasift, for example) and make it simple to filter on the key elements of the output with their dashboard analytics. What do you dislike? Term extraction could be more powerful. It would be good to be able to cluster conversations and find similar, in the style of Crimson Hexagon. Brandwatch is a joy to use compared to its competitors.
What do you like best? It's easy to use with simple visualisations and great features that are constantly updated. The team try to make everything as easy as possible for the user but also let you export the raw data yourself if you need it. This means you can make things as simple or as complex as you want.
