What do you like best? Brandwatch has a well designed interface, it is very fast and almost totally customizable. Very useful tool that allows you to have an active presence on social networks. What do you like best? I like how its simple implementing this software with many user accounts and an excellent IPA integration. Brandwatch has the most effective customer engagement capability and very nice product foe simple tracking social media brands and also social media mentions on different platforms. What do you like best? Brandwatch has a beautiful and intuitive user interface, looking for consumer insights or brand and competitor tracking is a complete experience. What do you like best? the tool is very intuitive to do social listening. Also, the the actions that you can do in block is just awesome. What do you dislike? The only think that I probably don't like is that there are some mentions that are the same. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Of all the tools I’ve used and tested (and I've used a lot), Brandwatch has by far the most flexibility, the most pertinent results, and allows me the most control of my data. It allows for extremely specific search queries within the results of a broader query so we can perform ‘in the tool’ analysis extremely efficiently and well.
