Useful tech and great consultants

What do you like best? Brandwatch has been a breath of fresh air. It has straight-forward pricing and some great, highly modifiable technology. However the most surprising thing has been the training, client services and intelligent consultancy which we have really valued. What do you dislike? It's currently beyond Brandwatch's control, but it would be it would be extremely helpful if LinkedIn could be monitored. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's ...

One of the pest product on the market for social media monitoring

What do you like best? i'm very happy with the powerful query editor, it's easy to understand and very well documented. built in dashboard functionality provide an excellent support for data analysis What do you dislike? the data coverage is too much focused on text analysis, visual social network coverage (instagram, pinterest ecc) is too poor to be relevant Recommendations to others considering the product: have a chat with their analyst, they are very skilled and can ...

Crimson Hexagon in the Academic Library

What do you like best? Crimson Hexagon provides a huge library of social media posts (2008 to today) with an easy-to-search interface, and built-in analysis/visualization tools. Searches are incredibly fast, returning hundreds of thousands of results spanning several years and social media platforms in just a few minutes. Data is easy to download for use with third-party tools, which is a must for academic researchers doing their own analysis. CH is a member of the Twitter Official ...

Outstanding query creation: robust and flexible, allows you to find a needle in a haystack! Open queries, but with accurate syntaxis correction to help avoid errors. Easy to use and fast

What do you like best? The platform lends itself to both simple and more complex uses. So a person without much experience in social media analytics can jump right in and start collecting and analyzing data. It's pretty fast given the sheer amount of data it indexes, from blogs, websites, forums, Facebook and Twitter. For search queries dating back months it may take a few hours to get the data but that's understandable given the volume. It has a pretty intuitive tagging feature that ...

Great Tool for Social Analytics

What do you like best? The ability to track and categorize conversations with 'Rules' and the ability to visualize the data in seconds. I have been working with different social media listening tools (Radian6,Sysomos) but no one beats the ease of use as Brandwatch What do you dislike? The widgets sometime falter when there is a huge historical data to churn at once. Recommendations to others considering the product: The best product in the market if you are considering a ...

Crimson Hexagon - a flexible, intuitive, and powerful tool for social media monitoring and analytics

A great tool for conducting top level analysis, enhanced by customer-oriented focus of company

What do you like best? Crimson Hexagon provided an excellent way for us to gain a broad overview of the topic we were monitoring (an election taking place overseas), as well as track opinion about a variety of specific issues related to that topic. For us, one of the most compelling reasons to try out Crimson Hexagon was the ability to sort analysis by location. While there are still a lot of limitations in obtaining accurate geographical-based breakdowns due to the need of users to ...

Flexible access, comprehensive coverage and user friendly make CH Forsight a useful tool
