Best-in-class social listening tool
What do you like best? Easy to create queries with all kind of booleans and operators. Great visualization and management of data into charts. What do you dislike? Lack of support on retrieving Instagram photos from hashtags although i think there will be improvements in this area soon. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Analyze brand perception from customers, measure share of voice of multiple sectors

As essential tool for social media strategy
What do you like best? The ability to do a comprehensive analysis between my clients and their closest competitors, using a bespoke dashboard - the graphics and charts created are really useful. What do you dislike? It takes a while to get used to using it - there are still features I've not got my head round yet! A great first experience using Brandwatch to assist in data analytics for Disruptive Insight
What do you like best? The manner in which the graphs were displayed once data had been pulled was very clear and I liked how easy it was to move between line/bar/pie charts etc. Editing and moving between data sections was also made very easy and as a first time user i found i got the hang of it very quickly. Brandwatch - the best social media monitoring tool I've experienced so far as a social analyst.

Excellent tool for excellent Insight
What do you like best? The UI is very easy to understand with simple and colourful graphs and metrics displayed on a specialist dashboard. These can be amended to show data that you have tagged and what can be amended to represent what you are measuring. What do you dislike? At points, setting up the query can be confusing. Brandwatch - easy to navigate, categorise and analyse digital data
What do you like best? i use Brandwatch on almost a daily basis. It is easy to search through mentions and to return to the original conversation on social media to understand the context behind the comment. The tool works well with large data sets too. The categories and tabs functions make it easy for me to organise data in a way that is meanignful and useful to our clients needs. Brandwatch Is An Incredible Research And Monitoring Tool
What do you like best? I have tested many different apps and tools to help monitor and research social media activity, particularly Twitter. In virtually every instance, those tools were unable to bring up historical data and provide insight into activities which had already occurred. What do you like best? The level of analysis is brilliant - we have never been able to interrogate conversations in this way before. Automated options such as tagging really help us to sort conversations for reporting and the filtering options within queries allow us to see the metrics that are valuable to us. What do you dislike? Good, flexible solution with many useful features
What do you like best? Easy to set up new projects and queries meaning we can try things and continually tweak and refine to hone in on the mentions and people we're interested in. Enables us to carry out very reactive monitoring as required as well as longer view strategic monitoring. What do you dislike? A complete representation of company and competitor profiles
What do you like best? Brandwatch is extremely easy to use and digest. Once you have formulated your search queries analyzing the data becomes a piece of cake. My favorite part of Brandwatch would have to be the different charts you can chose to represent the data.
