Best Social Media Monitoring Tool
What do you like best? Ease of use, flexibility, user interface. What do you dislike? Pricing is a little high, but you do get what you pay for. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely should take a look at Brandwatch and compare it to the others. I've used a lot of monitoring solutions in the past and this is the best one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reputation management on social.

Great Social Listening Tool
What do you like best? I love that Crimson Hexagon offers you the option of using Boolean Free Form keywords or to simply add in keywords without it. The visualizations that the tool can pull from your social listening are GREAT and you have the ability to train your monitors, which helps reflect topics and sentiment more accurately. Brandwatch is easy to use and provides an effective way of locating large quantities of data.
What do you like best? Brandwatch is user-friendly. The table view gives you a good overview of specific pieces of data. The topic cloud function is helpful for identifying key pieces of data and stories. Links to data (e.g. to specific tweets) are clearly placed, making them easy to access. What do you dislike? Very interactive and comprehensible platform
What do you like best? The platform is very easy to work with. I like the idea of being able to see the sentiments in the form of coloured bars next to the topic when viewing mentions in the form of 'snippets'. I also like the flexibility of being able to change things (date, sentiments, etc) within individual components of the mentions data as well as making changes to the whole data. What do you like best? I love how you are able to manipulate sentiment with the opinion monitors and how the Buzz monitors are amazing at picking up conversation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The level of analysis offered on specific conversations and particularly the affinity of groups - that's brilliant! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The opinion monitoring. The sheer flexibility of Crimson Hexagon is great when it comes to opinion analysis. What do you like best? Crimson Hexagon has great natural language processing tools (word clouds, sentiment analysis, topic analysis, etc.), that makes it easy to quickly scan large conversations and pull meaningful insights. Great product!
What do you like best? My favorite part about Crimson Hexagon is the large amounts of customizable data available. We have been able to use Crimson for new business pitches, client audits, and many more projects. What do you dislike? Great product!
What do you like best? The features I use the most are post volume, demographic information, and topic wheels. I feel that these are very helpful and accurate. What do you dislike? Sometimes I am hesitant to rely 100% on the post volume using keywords, sometimes I am not sure I am getting the most accurate numbers for the platforms I need to monitor.
