What do you like best? Audience insights and keywords. Heliosight & topic wheels have been great tools for us. What do you dislike? Price. The cost per user is pretty high and we have a small team that needs access to insight through the platform at different times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing consumer insights and audience information has become much easier for our team.

Great for social listening

What do you like best? Brandwatch has the most coverage out of all the social listening tools I have used What do you dislike? The availabilty of data from social platforms is quite limited What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Brandwatch helps us identify brand mentions that would otherwise be missed

Great for analysis setup, but other issues prevent it from real analysis

What do you like best? Ability to create custom dashboards and segment the data in various ways. Also, there's some ability to integrate other data streams from tools such as hootsuite to pull in that data. What do you dislike? The data analysis in the tool is not at all intuitive compared to other social listening tools. What do you like best? The long historical data for a large numbers of keywords and we can add and exclude certain terms with the keyword as per own wish. Each keywords has separate dashboard to work with and dashboard has almost all the features, which any user would need. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the easy set-up and query building capabilities. Good charts and Twitter metrics offered. What do you dislike? Poor Facebook coverage.
