Flexible, Customizable Social and Traditional Monitoring

What do you like best? I love how quickly I can adjust queries. What do you dislike? Refining queries can be a challenge, but we have a great customer rep who's always able to help. Recommendations to others considering the product: It takes time to get used to, but the depth of data is worth the investment and time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring social mentions of clients.

Crimson Hexagon is an effective social media listening tool

What do you like best? I love the ability it has to generate many reports and analytics in just a few seconds. It is easy to navigate and gives you a variety of information which is awesome because I've used other social media listening tools before and they only preform one or two functions. Comes with visualization functionality and has robust analytics tools. But missing historical data aspects.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The query wizard has been a huge help in kickstarting a query. It can then be used in customizing your needs. This saved so much time for our team. Has a user-friendly UI in guiding us throughout the entire process. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Historical data is missing. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Brandwatch offers a wide range of Boolean operators, which is vital when selecting search criteria. Thanks to the rules, we got rid of spam and are now refining sentiments, making our categories way more useful and better organzied. The list of variables is just endless, and includes such as workflows, demographics, topics, and so on. What do you like best? Brandwatch provides most amount of metadata per mention giving the ability to analyze in maximum possible ways for the same set of mentions What do you dislike? Amazing product with even better support

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Brandwatch is not simply a tech product, it is a life savior. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? An easy-to-understand User Interface. It comes with colored graphs and metrics that are neatly laid out on the dashboard. What do you like best? Brandwatch's has a very friendly user interface with robust functionalities.
