PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Brandwatch has the friendliest, most entertaining and customizable UI I've used so far, and offers a variety of useful metrics displayed on many special dashboards. The most important advantage according to me is that I get to modify previously tagged data in order to measure results more accurately. A great tool to take decisions based on the share of voice and competitors insights

What do you like best? With this tool it´s very easy to configure the searches and to reuse this configuration or part of it in new searches in order to save time. The dashboard configuration is very flexible and you can personalize each of the widgets according to your business goals. Furthermore it provides an easy integration with Hootsuite. Advanced enterprise monitoring and analytics

What do you like best? Highly customizable dashboards that allow you to slice and dice data any way you need it. What do you dislike? Setting up queries can be a bit complex and it may take multiple attempts to filter out noise. But, it’s worth it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to monitor brand mentions allowing us to preempt potential PR issues, to monitor sensitive issues, to report on KPIs like SOV for campaigns.
