What do you like best about Branch? Uploading the information for the workers and the disbursements was relatively simple. Disbursements can be made in bulk or individually, which gives flexibility. What do you dislike about Branch? The customer service side was lacking during onboarding when workers needed help setting up their apps or accessing their funds; wait times were roughly 45 minutes. "An Amazing Company Leading the Cashless Future"

What do you like best about Branch? Their customer service. Easy to reach out to, amazing people to work with. I also enjoy the ease of use on a laptop. And best of all... no cash!
