They are not a bank, but trusted with our money. I’m a single mother and this is my only form of income. Card was charged leaving me with only 50 dollars left. Transaction shows as pending so I can’t dispute but the funds are gone. Customer service can’t help but wants my last 4 my birthday and they can’t verify my account any other way. 0 star. I already sent so many emails to that address. Guess what happened all of them got same answer saying its decided not in my favor. It looks like your app is a piece of crap and scam apps that stole money from your customers. And all your answer here in trustpilot is also exact same texts. At least make some effort to reply your customers!!!!

Horrible!!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!!!!!!!! They have to be some sort of scam, I recently started working somewhere where I have to use Branch but they have someone using my information fraudulently therefore my paycheck has been going into “my account” that I never opened it’s been a month and I still haven’t got my paychecks and they still can’t help me this is ridiculous and they should not be in business, I will be seeking legal advise. Amazingly terrible customer service

Amazingly terrible customer service. Over 12 business days to change an email address and it’s still not done. No one at customer support can actually help or do anything. Everything done through email and even when you ask to speak with someone other than a person that answers the phone after being on hold for 45 minutes they can not even do that because they are in a call center somewhere. Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I waited for 3hours for someone to respond once she responded. She didn’t even let me explain my issue she just hang up on me saying “I can’t hear you” even thou she could hear me clearly. She did that intentionally after only being in line with me for 5secs.They don’t care about their customers.

I was giving this card by a company I work for, I tried to get them to take my account information for my cash app and instead they gave me this card. I wasn't upset until I tried to transfer my money over off this crappy card and they charged me $8.90 to move it to cash app. I've called customer service probably 50 times I've never been called back leaving my number does not matter sitting on the hold for 40 minutes doesn't matter.
