What do you like best about Brainshark? Being able to share links and QR codes makes sharing content very easy. Allowing the viewer to use the guest book feature to track viewership rather than a formal login really helps when a lot of the viewers don't have regular access to an email address or computer. We also have the ability to upload unlimited custom content and make easy edits right in the system. Compared to competitors, these seem to be unique features that has kept us with Brainshark.

What do you like best about Brainshark? The Brainshark team is accommodating and always willing to jump in and help out with any email I send them (and it is a lot of emails). The program seems to be getting more attention and updates, and we are excited to continue to grow with Brainshark.

The only feature that tempted us to stay after 2 years of working with Brainshark was the AI-based machine learning component of coaching, which is a differentiator in the market, but did not outweigh other features that are better in Highspot Training & Coaching.

What do you like best about Brainshark? Customer service staff is always helpful and responsive. The user interface is pretty simple and intuitive for most functions. The range of functions and capabilities is very large for this space.
