What do you like best about Box? I like having access to my data from any place and any device. I no longer have to rely on remote connections or VPNs to my office network. It works well for our office for effective communication when sending and receiving documents from our clients. Subscription issue resolved swiftly and professionally

We have been Box.com customers for many years. The experience has always been first class. Unfortunately we missed an email reminding us of our annual renewal and didn't cancel some seats before renewal date.
