What do you like best about Bound? Ability to target website visitors with a personalized and targeted experience. Team's willingness to collaborate and build out new features. What do you dislike about Bound? "Exceptional service and partnership"
What do you like best about Bound? Our service needs were consistently met with both accuracy and timeliness. What do you dislike about Bound? There were no downsides as part of our tenure. What problems is Bound solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to quickly implement the resource and begin personalization campaigns within a matter of weeks rather than months. No developer resources were needed so campaign development was nimble and customizable.

What do you like best? I appreciate their many efforts to build an app that engendered customer loyalty. What do you dislike? I'm not sure. I don't believe I have any negatives to report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had a high churn rate that has since improved.
