What do you like best about BotStar? I like the live chat, and the chatbot engine is incredible. I can now help my clients via the customer private area with support information 24h a day, seven days a week, non-stop. Just incredibly well built, Botstar is a breeze to set up with ready-made templates too.

"Completely Untrustworthy Company"

What do you like best about BotStar? The app is great, unfortunately, the company doesn't stand by their promise. I purchased the app through AppSumo for a lifetime deal, but they are not holding up their end of the deal. They just announced they are changing the app to a new Live Chat app, and part of that transition includes lessening the benefits that I purchased through AppSumo. Not to mention all the time and effort I've put in creating the chatbot through their current app (BotStar)

What do you like best about BotStar? The ease of use is definitely the biggest strength of this app. The drag and drop feature allows me to design the flow conveniently. Besides that, BotStar recently version that allows me to update CSV files is a feature I'm very satisfied with.

I really like the way BotStar simplifies but optimizes their platform so that every customer, even no-tech people, can build a bot and apply the feature they want to make that bot smarter easily. Also, with Omni-channel integration, I can get support from many other tools such as Zapier or Intergromat for closer reach out to my customers. That’s so interesting for a young company like BotStar. Also, it has still lack functionality but in general, BotStat is worth it if you give it a try ...

What do you like best about BotStar? - I think the best aspect of BotStar is the ability of building a multilingual chatbot. I start an ecommerce business as a second job and have some online stores.
