"Impressively powerful and easy to use every step of the way"

What do you like best about Botpress? I really enjoy all of the tutorials they offer. Short and to the point. It allows me to learn and apply specific things to my bot. What do you dislike about Botpress? I wish I could use more OpenAI models. 3.5 and 4 are great but there are use cases where different models are better. I work for a company that provides call center services, however in Mexico 90% of users prefer Whatsapp than calling , hence, creating a bot makes more sense.
