The most significant upside is removing those tedious, monotonous tasks from the bookkeepers and having them become actual account managers focusing on high-level tasks, quality control and working more closely with the clients in other areas besides bookkeeping. All those tedious tasks like updating bank accounts and reconciling are done without much help from you or your staff. They offer year-end tax write-ups as well so those clients that come at the end of the year with a pile of statements, just charge the client a small fee and let Botkeeper do the work. "Very Efficient"

What do you like best about Botkeeper? I like that the platform is very user-friendly and that everyone gets notified when you upload documents. They are also very efficient. The platform is always finding way to make it easier for the partners. What do you dislike about Botkeeper? The software sometimes lags and when you upload documents the pdf does not show the transactions in the bank statements. I would like to see improvements with updates.
