Nothing beats Bordio’s single-board view.
It’s probably the best task management tool that you will find for its level and price. I mean, you do not need those fancy, complicated features just to set a task right? For $5/month, everything become unlimited. So if you’re starting on using project management tools, you should give Bordio a try. You’ll be surprised on how you get the value for buck!

A useful collaboration tool for educators.
It was easy for the whole faculty to create a new program for the center with Bordio’s intuitive design. We did everything in it, from scratch to finish. It was nice that we could input all of work in Bordio and communicate within the app. All of our ideas were in one place, keeping our whole production neat and uncluttered. Although I would love to use some gifs and emojis in the message box so we can goof around when the task gets hard.

Try Bordio for your team.
I rarely write reviews online, but Bordio deserves a credit. It honestly helps us with the work we do in construction and design task management. It is simple that even the oldest person in our team can understand how it works. Also, I can have an overview of where our project is going through the use on Bordio’s kanban board, there’s nothing fancy about it… but that’s actually the reason it works. It just focuses on helping you organize your task and events.

Easy to use for scheduling events and meetings.
I haven't really tried other PM app with this kind of Google interaction. Let me tell you why. First, setting up an event is easy.It is like creating a task card. You can also add the people you want to attend the meeting even if they are not in Bordio. You just need their email. Then, They will receive an email with the meeting's details and respond with a decline or accept status.Their responses will be in the task card so you don't have to check your email for confirmation.

Bordio for small businesses.
Bordio’s simplicity and clarity are unmatched. Everything you need to see, from task notes and deadlines, to attached files, is right there in front of you. Staying consistent with Bordio.
The only reason why a creator cannot put out content instantly, it’s because he doesn’t manage his content calendar effectively… and probably, hasn’t found Bordio. Bordio is just a good way to manage anyone’s tasks because of its intuitive interface. It’s so easy to learn and adapt to.

Its capabilities exceed our expectations.
You do not have to pay full price just to experience how useful Bordio is. Its free version is more than enough to do organize a simple project. There’s nothing fancy about it, so it is easier to navigate it from the get-go. I have used different PM platforms for personal use, so I know that Bordio is the one my crew would love to use. It’s a very promising app to use.

The one we use for staff scheduling.
Transparency is key to an efficient schedulling. I used to receive complaints about unfair shifts and schedule. But Bordio helped me settle this once and for all. Planning our shifts and daily operations is now something I actually enjoy. Basically, everything you need is in it.
Bordio deserves a good review. It didn’t show up through flashy ads, it’s like a hidden gem I found in the middle of nowhere. And I’m glad I did. Leading an editing a team of 5, I wanted a space where everyone's thoughts and files could live together in one place. Google Drive used to be our go-to, but Bordio changed everything for us - docs, chats, you name it, it’s in Bordio.

Bordio keeps my work from personal life.
It’s probably too much to say, but Bordio is keeping my work and personal life balanced. I appreciate that I do not have to use other messaging apps to contact my team because it allows me to stay focus on what I do. I just use Bordio for everything related to work. Most importantly, I do not have to worry that I’ll get a message from work through my personal accounts.
