Boomset improve our attendee experience

What do you like best? Boomset always works, is easy to use and has really simplified attendee check-in for our events. What do you dislike? Lead scanner set-up for sponsors is time-consuming. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start small and work your way up to larger implementations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Slow attendee check-in. The speed of attendee check-in has greatly improved.

Attendees always notice when we bring Boomset to our events.

What do you like best? It makes the onsite check in process so much smoother. The attendees all comment about how cool and easy the process is. Using Boomset allows us to eliminate the pre-work headache of compiling and collating name badges. Last minute changes? No problem, we are able to use an integration to our registration site so the data flows without having to manually update. What do you dislike? I don't know if I have anything I dislike about it. Seamless check-in experience!

What do you like best? I like that Boomset integrates with Eventbrite. I also love that I can set text or email notifications when certain attendees check in - this was a hit amongst my colleagues who were in charge of escorting conference speakers to get mic'd up. They would receive a text notification when the individual checked in and knew to walk up to reception to greet the speaker. What do you dislike? Easy to print up walk-in badges or make changes to badges already uploaded What do you dislike? minor issues was uploading contact names with ' or other symbols on top of vowels since they upload creates some funky symbols. other minor issue is the two step process of entering first and last name and email address and then going back to enter Company name, but since process was so quick it was not a major issue. What do you like best? The fact we had an onsite resource to set up and ensure our event was successful. What do you dislike? There really was not anything I disliked about the Boomset app. Only things I would have changed would be including a plastic badge holder instead of just the paper badges. What do you like best? Boomset is the best way to bring modern technology to your out-dated looking event. Easy event check-in that makes tracking attendees fun!

What do you like best? I really love the barcode name badges that can be scanned at the entrance. Very fast, and our attendee feel "cool" being scanned rather than just checked off on a list. What do you dislike? Sometimes the scanner is a little slow, usually if the light is low or if the attendee is not holding the barcode still. What problems are you solving with the product?
