What do you like best? The onsite technical support and trouble shooting were amazing. It was great to receive support from very knowledgeable team that can step in and resolve issues onsite quickly. The Boomset system was also ran very smoothly onsite, minimal system crashes with streamlined experience. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Boomset always works, is easy to use and has really simplified attendee check-in for our events. What do you dislike? Lead scanner set-up for sponsors is time-consuming. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start small and work your way up to larger implementations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Slow attendee check-in. The speed of attendee check-in has greatly improved.

What do you like best? It makes the onsite check in process so much smoother. The attendees all comment about how cool and easy the process is. What do you like best? The fact we had an onsite resource to set up and ensure our event was successful. What do you dislike? There really was not anything I disliked about the Boomset app. Only things I would have changed would be including a plastic badge holder instead of just the paper badges.
