Very easy set up and the software…
Very easy set up and the software simple to use and amend. My customers say it is very easy to book classes, which is what I want. No fuss.

Easy to learn and use

Easy peasy
Really easy to set up and use, and technology is not my strong suit! Customer service is also easily accessible, quick and informative responses everytime I've needed them. I will continue to use this platform for my small business.

The Best Booking system I have found
The Best Booking system I have found. Even the basic plan gives me everything I need. It's easy to find your way around to personalise it and my students find it easy to use too! It's really help me cut down on time-consuming admin.

Dance class
After recently setting up a dance class I have found this booking system so easy and helpful to keep track of bookings and admin. The free trial was awesome, allowing me to get a feel for it before committing. The features included are incredibly useful. Highly recommend.

I like that Bookwhen is a UK online booking system with real, patient and knowledgeable people available at the other end ready to answer questions. I have found their customer service dependable and person centred. I have experienced the system as efficient and easy to learn. I am glad to have found them.

I’ve been using Bookwhen for my yoga…
I’ve been using Bookwhen for my yoga classes for the past four months, following a recommendation. I’ve been really happy with how easy to use it has been. I’ve integrated it into a Squarespace website without issue (and had no prior experience). I’m very happy with it.
