A simple and effective system for my Zumba participants to book my on line classes and an easy way for them to pay class fees without actually handling cash. The administrators of Bookwhen are so helpful with any questions that I may have. Highly recommended

Great software, easy to use!
The software is really easy to use for both the organiser and the booker. We have had great feedback from our members using this. The price is very reasonable too with different options available or even free!

Exactly what we needed.
It is a simple, easy to use system for the person booking on and the person setting up the booking. It may look a bit plain, but it is very practical and exactly what we needed! We have not looked anywhere else since starting with "Bookwhen". The customer service has been fantastic so far also!

Highly recommended
Excellent customer service. Very reliable, flexible and intuitive software. Would definitely recommend. We use it for booking online tutorials for 100s of students at a university.

Bookwhen has simplified my life
Bookwhen has simplified my life as a small business owner. Gives me control over my workshops and trainings, accepts bookings and payments, connects to Zoom and generally takes the hassle out of the admin process so I can focus on my work. Even though the interface is not always super intuitive, the support team is FABULOUS; helpful, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I'm glad to have found Bookwhen.
