Easy to use and everything you need!
I love that people can click the link and fill out their rsvp for an event. They can also pay for the event, if it has a fee, without me tracking them down for payment. The program is really easy to use and easily able to use for your specific event.

Riding school
We use Bookwhen to sell our riding lessons but only one hour a week where up to six participants can take part. The main lessons operate with season ticket but these "try before you buy" lessons were a real pain in the neck having to be done manually before Bookwhen which automated everything. I have tried other systems and looked at more but Bookwhen surpasses. We use the basic version, less than 10€ a month, and have used it for mabe 3 years. Support is super. Highly recommended.

Easy to Use. Excellent help team
Really easy to use and lots of good features - even on the Free Plan. Help line (chat) is also really helpful and quick to respond. Used Bookwhen for a one-off event which, due to Covid, had to be rescheduled twice. Thought I’d lost all my bookings when I stopped checking the site during lockdown. Quick solution explained by help team restored everything perfectly - phew! Just one suggestion - easier export of data and/or more layout for printing options would be useful. But otherwise Brilliant!

Great quick easy to use site.
Been using this site for many years and its so easy and quick to use. Never had any complaints from clients and thats a good sign. Quick, easy and straightforward to use.

This is a little gem of a booking…
This is a little gem of a booking system! Input your dates and details for your different events and that’s it, client clicks on company link and can see all events coming up, view details and book, bookwhen will even arrange/take payments for you! Where have I been, this is a game changer!
