I highly recommend using Bookwhen.com!!!
Signing up to Bookwhen.com has made managing my business SO much easier and less stressful. I run baby music groups and now I can easily keep track of how many bookings I am taking per session, I can contact all customers easily if I need to cancel at short notice and during Covid this has been invaluable. The customer support is second to none. Fast responses and always helpful! Thank you!!

Great booking system makes my life easier!
I started using Bookwhen at the beginning of 2020 when we went into the first lockdown. I was very nervous about how everything would work, especially integrating it with Zoom. Like many fitness instructors, I was only doing in-person classes and not using a booking system. I don't particularly enjoy the admin side of my job and Bookwhen has been a Godsend for that. Just the right feature set for our needs
We are a community library and we use Bookwhen to manage bookings for a variety of events, some paid, and some free. It's easy to set up and provides us with just the right feature set (we are only using Bookwhen Lite). Tech support was quick and friendly when we needed it.

Bookwhen has proved to be excellent.
Bookwhen has proved to be an excellent booking system for my woodwork classes. The support I got when I was setting it up was outstanding. I now plan to use it as a booking system for my Zoom wood project support sessions.

Bookwhen saves me so much time when…
Bookwhen saves me so much time when working with clients. They can easily sign up for a mini shoot without having to email each other back and forth. I can add a photo of each location so clients can see examples.

Excellent system, and fantastic support
A system doesn’t have to be perfect to work. I have struggled with what I wanted it to do, and Bookwhen customer advisers have been there for me. All. The. Time. In an age where service is usually average at best, they are excellent at looking after you, and the system will eventually do what you want once they explain how it works. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
