Easy to use Bookwhen

We use Bookwhen pay for and distribute links to our weekly bridge sessions. Our members have found it easy to use. It offers extra facilities such as refund vouchers for players that have to miss bookings. It was easy to set up and I have had quick and helpful responses to questions.

I run Sheffield Yoga School. Bookwhen has worked very well for me. I have had very good support when I was getting used to the system and whenever I have had questions subsequently they have been answered straight away. It's a simple & versatile system at a very reasonable price. All good and I would recommend this company.

Swim school set up so easy with Bookwhen

I started using Bookwhen when a friend of mine said it really helped with her dance school. I have a brand new swim school and really wanted a hassle free way of dealing with bookings. I am a bit of a technophobe so I was quite nervous however I found Bookwhen really easy to set up and manage. I like that I can use either my laptop or phone too. Altogether I feel that Bookwhen is a major part of why business has been successful from day one!!

Community group ease

Using Bookwhen for our community group to run various events. Finding it really fantastic and has taken so much admin off our hands! Customer service was always spot on and quick to reply. Would definitely recommend.

I love BookWhen!

I love BookWhen. It has all the features I was looking for to streamline registration and payment for my training events, with very reasonable prices (without taking a cut of each sale you make like some other platforms), and they have the best support staff as well. Very responsive and helpful, even with personalized tutorial videos. Highly recommend this platform.

Really useful tool

We’ve used Bookwhen for several years for our members to book & pay for courses and activities. It’s a really versatile tool that does exactly what we want, and easily integrates with payment systems and our own website. Never had any major problems, and the one time there was a glitch with the system it was resolved very quickly with great communication from the team.
