we use bookwhen to help manage our bookings and payments. it has reduced the amin work from a weeks worth of work to a hour or two. it really helped when it came to student grouping and booking interests. we can see how popular a activity is and quickly open or close that activity to reduce costs.

We have been using Bookwhen since May 2019. We migrated from Mindbody which was costing us (a small low profit sewing school) £216 a month, eeek! Bookwhen is around £23 a month so this has made a massive difference to us. We find Bookwhen much simpler to use than MB. It's a joy to add new dates and times to a course or workshop. Our charity uses Bookwhen to help organise a local youth club on our site. It is very easy to use, straightforward to administer, and enables the team to know who is coming on a club night. We do not need the system for anything more, and we are very happy with how it works.

Very affordable and feature rich

I've used Bookwhen for my own business and my clients' booking systems. It is great for SMEs as it's very affordable yet feature rich and scalable. Customizations are simple to manage even without IT background and Bookwhen is also mobile friendly. The help and support is also great - very quick to reply and super friendly!

Genuinely love bookwhen

Genuinely love bookwhen. It’s so simple so easy, does everything at the click of a button. It forumlates your dates for events so no need to keep re inputting, it automatically remembers if your redoing the same description so makes it so easy to copy bookings. It’s just fab. I love it
