Effective system that generally works very well
After a very frustrating time trying to use help pages and contact support, once I finally found the telephone number, it was answered very promptly, by a very knowledgeable and helpful person.The system itself is flexible, works very well and, once I found the support telephone number, support was very good indeed.

What do you like best? The initial WOW of BookingBug as a powerful solution for scheduling purposes What do you dislike? BookingBug wasn't the best experience for us. The way we were planning to integrate with Salesforce was more difficult than we had imagined. Overly complicated and won't provide phone support
Resolving what should be minor issues takes weeks (and therefore significant losses in revenue as there is no phone support for my account. Avoid this like the plague.

Tro ikke, at Booking.com hjælper dig, hvis du har problemer med en udlejer - der meldes "hus forbi" :-(

Shocking 'support' for paying customers
Every time I try to call your 'support' team I am met by the same automated message telling me to email instead and when I do email the 'support' team I get a bog standard response which shows that you don't care at all about paying customers. These responses all come from 'Laura' every single time - is she the only person you have working for you?!! Shocking!!!
