One of the few systems that could solve our business needs
What do you like best? The parent-child-child functions are a key feature to us and JRNIs flexibility to control services across multiple partners What do you dislike? Translation to other languages is cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized booking across multiple partners

Awesome flexible and very useful booking system
What do you like best? Customer service and support for the client is top notch! Versatile for a lot different fields of business, very fast to set up. The software has everything you ever need for your online bookings. And is still improving and developing. Worth your money What do you dislike? Used BookingBug for 18 months because…
Used BookingBug for 18 months because it offered a lot of configurability. Support was generally good although some of the problems shouldn't have made it into a commercial product in the first place - eg conflicts in configurations that resulted in payments failing. But the interface was always unattractive and the app both limited and unreliable. Overly complicated, occasionally breaks with little support
I've used BookingBug for a few years now and it's overly complicated and still doesn't provide what I want.Most of the time it works fine. About once a year the email reminders stop working. I raise the issue, they check the system, close the issue and about three months later it starts working again. No feedback about what the issue is or when it was fixed.I have my diary so customers book reservations which I then confirm once I'm happy with their booking. Recently a customer received a ...

Avoid if you value you business!!
Since installing ive had nothing but problems. Clients unable to pay. No customer support available. Wish id read reviews before losing hundreds of pounds in bookings. Please DO NOT install.

Booking Bug is an excellent low cost option for online bookings. They don't offer a great deal of support for small businesses, so should you need support in building your site, then search for me on Facebook "Booking Bug Independent Support" and see if I can help.

I am extremely disappointed with this …
I am extremely disappointed with this company. My review is it is a con artist with good computer skills. I have paid over $30 per month for access to a calendar that will not allow bookings more than 3 months. There is a supposed Australian/Pacific office that either does not exist or return telephone calls. I am now frustrated that I have paid Booking Bug $7200 USD in 4 years without a recent response as to why its system does not work. I called the agency last night with a shove off ...

Terrible booking system
Having used them as a customer (they provide the booking system for a tennis court I use and helping my girlfriend use them for her business, and working in tech, I feel I can provide a fair review.Their administration system is complicated, badly lain out and requires additional steps that are unnecessary.
