What do you like best? It's really easy to navigate and use. I love getting text message notification of a booked appointment so I don't have to be glued to my emails. The majority of my clients use online booking which they find very easy to use as well. The confirmation and reminder emails help save me time and ensure that people show up - I almost never have no shows. We can easily process a new client and assign them to any of these with ease and flexibility. HORRIBLE experience, sub par software.

What do you like best? Nothing. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Doesn't perform as advertised, support is garbage. What do you dislike? Absolutely horrible. Super eager, overzealous salespeople make you feel confident / encourage you to buy, and then you can not get a callback in a WEEK after signing their contract. Cancelled services within a week, because its sub-par perforance is not as expected, and was not able to receive even a prorated refund for their $150 sign up fee. ...
