Amazing software with very few hiccups.

What do you like best? The simplicity of running my medical spa is amazing when paired with Booker. It's constant updates are like clockwork and instead of them being used to fix a problem they are used to improve the system. What do you dislike? There is almost nothing to dislike with Booker. What do you like best? How easy it is to manage something, you can easily figure out how to do something by either playing with the software or using the help tab that is easy to follow. What do you like best? It's really easy to navigate and use. I love getting text message notification of a booked appointment so I don't have to be glued to my emails. The majority of my clients use online booking which they find very easy to use as well. The confirmation and reminder emails help save me time and ensure that people show up - I almost never have no shows.
