Booker is ok for customers to book online, but the back business end leaves a lot wanting

What do you like best? Relative ease of use for multiple users What do you dislike? Bad reports for sales history and future, clients can’t book multiple services online for multiple people, tech issues booking issues. Features can be hard to find as the interface is very sleek, but they can usually be found through their help page which is a great source of information. Good for the basics

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use for the basics of making an appointment and checking people in or out. It is very helpful that guests can schedule online and can buy gift certificates online, as well. What do you dislike?
