SO. Many. Glitches.

What do you like best? Its the only spa software large enough to host tens of thousands of accounts and you can easily toggle between locations. What do you dislike? The reports are often inaccurate and don't populate the correct information- lots of accounts slip through cracks. For example our spa was membership based and each month we'd pull reports of all the accounts who's membership dues were not paid or declined. Good basic online scheduler for small business needs

What do you like best? The ability to see all employees schedules at once in order to schedule for myself and others. Automatic confirmations at the time of booking and reminder texts and emails 24-48 hours before appointment. Saves time because clients may schedule online 24/7. Although price has increased, our rate has remained the same since we have been long time subscribers. What do you dislike? Can be clunky, but gets the job done.

What do you like best? I like Booker because it is a straightforward, no frills software. Easy to figure out a workaround when something isn't getting added right into a schedule, easy to train new employees. What do you dislike? Can be a little glitchy and require page refreshes. In general the "feel" is a bit old school. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Booking clients for spa services.

Be careful, shady experience...

What do you like best? It's an administrative platform, not what we were sold, not what we needed. We had this product all of 8 days, it's unimpressive, super basic, useless. If you're looking for something overpriced, to add very little to no value to your administrative needs, buy booker. You can get these features off of free applications. What do you dislike?
