pretty good
What do you like best? The booker software is good. It does a lot of my bookkeeping for me and makes scheduling super simple. I love that it can send text notifications so I don't have to make as many phone calls. There are lots of reports that help to track business trends. The inventory section is well developed. What do you like best? I like the mobile access and online booking the best. What do you dislike? The checkout process is way too complicated. It takes too many clicks to check out.You have to save every service and product item. It doesn't automatically give credit to the service provider for all subsequent services. I love booker
What do you like best? I love that all of my employees can log on booker from their cell phone and get their appointments and I have to schedule people when I run into them at an event and I can schedule immediately. I love that they send texts to remind people of appointment. You can call them for help anytime and they walk you through any questions! Booker is great! What do you dislike? Bookers software and the merchant services do not work well together and mess up our customers and payroll all the time.
