Booker combines many programs

What do you like best? I like that our credit card processing, gift certificate sales, email and social marketing and our booking software are all integrated. I like that they are web-based and their customer service is helpful, when it is an issue that can be fixed. The system has lots of training videos, which is helpful. What do you dislike? There are certain aspects of the program that don't function as they should. It will freeze sometimes and kick you out of where you're working. ...

What do you like best? The booker software is good. It does a lot of my bookkeeping for me and makes scheduling super simple. I love that it can send text notifications so I don't have to make as many phone calls. There are lots of reports that help to track business trends. The inventory section is well developed.
