It has a really great overview where I can look at schedules, sales, bookings, and a lot of other information, and all in real time. Ease of use makes it worth it

What do you like best? It's easy to schedule clients for appointments. I love the profile feature that let's you make notes of what client's like/dislike, any allergic reactions to products, and anything that they request for a new appointment. What do you dislike? I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve when learning how to use it. I can also customize it to suit my business needs, like with how many products I currently have in stock, setting up reorders so I always have inventory, and even establishing rapport with customers. I can really tailor it to fit the needs of my business, which is really reassuring on my end. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really think it's great that the payment screens for this software are really user-friendly and quick at processing. What do you like best? The software for the most part is easy to learn and use. I’m not sure if this is because I’ve gotten used to it, but I like it. I like that you can have membership plans. What do you dislike? Although the main things are simple to do, there are multiple little kinks that you need to know, and it makes it pretty tedious to train someone. There are a number of different options on how you can organize your calendar, such as color coordinating, for instance. It's also really user-friendly. Has its issues and not the most user friendly

What do you like best? For me, I liked being able to have the booker app on my phone. This allowed me to check how the next day was going to be without having to get out my big computer. What do you dislike? I disliked how unreliable the whole booker system is. The phone app would only work half the time and on multiple occasions the entire system was down with no notice from booker.
