What do you like best about bonzo? What I like best about Bonzo is they have real humans that provide real customer service. These other platforms get so caught up in being a 'technology company' they are that they forget that real human beings are trying to use/learn their software on the other side. The staff at Bonzo are super friendly and respond fast too.

What do you like best about bonzo? After several false starts with other CRMs, Bonzo is the one that stuck with me because it was easy to understand and extremely intuitive. Bonzo has the most powerful communications tools that allow me to email, text, leave voicemails and send videos as well as strong interaction and tracking tools to continue ongoing conversations with my clients, prospects and past, present and future sphere.

Lack of communication

I recently signed up for the service. I submitted a request, but I have yet to receive a response to my inquiry, the lack of communication has left me feeling quite disappointed. As a new user, I would like a quick and efficient solution to my concern.
