We are immediately notified when someone new joins the community, when their work anniversery is, etc. We are able to see in real time the recognition being passed on to others. We also get to add points on someone else posts that we agree deserves the recognition. The platform features change very quickly once you provide feedback to the proper team of what can be better. We aren't limited to already created Hashtags. We get to be original and creaet ...

"Fun peer-recognition program that inspires me to achive"
What do you like best about Bonusly? The rewards are meaningful and easy to get. You don't need to save up for months to get a worthwhile reward. You have a nice budget of points to give out each month and it's incredibly easy to give points to your co-workers. I like knowing that I'm helping my team when I recognize their good work, and I'm inspired to do my best in order to earn more points.
