What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly makes team member recognition easy. It seamlessly integrates with slack and it gives a chance for everyone across the company to see the recognition of others. It's really encouraging to see our team engaging with the platform.

"Recognize with reward"

What do you like best about Bonusly? Everybody is given a set amount that gets reset automatically at the start of each month. This encourages people to spend their points which in turn increases the instances of employees recognizing the efforts of their peers.

"Best Idea"

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love that you can acknowlege your peers and coworkers and give shoutouts to those who stand out to you. Its a great way to help others feel appreciated. I also like that you are given points pecifically to give away and anything given to you is what you get to keep.
