Bonsai Has Grown With Me
When I launched my freelance marketing service in 2019 I discovered Bonsai and it took care of tracking my time and invoicing the couple of clients I had. Over the past few years my little freelance side-hustle has turned into a full-time marketing agency and Bonsai is still handling all of my invoicing, time tracking, and books. They keep improving the platform and staying ahead of the curve.

Bonsai has been a godsend for my freelance business. I used to create time cards and invoices and track my income and expenses by hand. Bonsai is a comprehensive tool for freelancers. They make it so easy to automate contracts, proposals, projects, tasks, and more. I was introduced to Bonsai when web flow was offering a discount since they were ending a feature for freelancers. I’m glad I happened to make the switch. P.S. I was offered a $15 discount for writing this review, but I did not hesitate, because the product is genuinely good!

Intuitive and user-friendly
In the past, I've always found the logistics of invoicing and contract management to be a headache. But with Hello Bonsai, everything was taken care of for me. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and it didn't take me long to figure out how to create a contract and send it to a client. I also appreciated the fact that I could customize the contract with my own branding and logo, which helped me to present a professional image to my clients.

I've been a Bonsai user for years and…
I've been a Bonsai user for years and it has made running my own design business way easier! I love the ability to create contracts, proposals, and invoices and collect payments. I've been experiencing a few issues with the product lately - related to the timer and log-out function, but Customer Support has been very helpful and communicative.
