Bonsai exceeds my expectations!
Bonsai is built just for small businesses like mine. It has features I didn't even realize I needed and their customer service is second to none. They're always improving the product too, which makes updates a really fun time to expand what's possible for my business.

Perfect for our conscious design studio!

Great and Easy System
The immediate invoices are great to stay organized. I can keep track of every project meticulously. Once you've built rapport you get payouts the next day or 2. It is super convenience for my small business.

I’ve been happy using Bonsai!
I’ve been using Bonsai for the last couple of months and I am beyond pleased with the platform. I’ve used all invoicing softwares and Bonsai has met all of my needs and even offered more than I thought I needed. I’ve used every feature on it and each one offers an experience like no other. I highly recommend it for small business owners and freelancers.

I love love love Bonsai
I love love love Bonsai! As a small business owner, Bonsai provides me with everything I need to streamline invoicing, expense tracking, and general project management tasks. I also really love the templates, which are a GAME CHANGER and save me so much time. Highly recommend!

Stress Less, Make More $$
Hellobonsai is the only invoice system I've used since starting my business in 2020. It was a one-off referral, and I'm so glad I listened!! It's user-friendly, continuously updating their features so that it stays relevant with the times (which I have yet to see with other leading software programs), and the support team is very responsive. Come tax time, it takes me less than 1 hour to gather all of my documents for my accountant because of how easy it is to export data from bonsai. Not ...

It's been a gamechanger for my business, streamlining my client process, making it easy to track invoices and easy for clients to pay me, easy to get "paperwork" out of the way...an indispensable tool all around.
