What do you like best about BombBomb? The product works as advertised. The monthly webinars are great. What do you dislike about BombBomb? I'd like to use my own contacts with an API to Aweber, constant contact, etc. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? General business communications.

What do you like best about BombBomb? I keep in contact with my entire database via Bombbom. We send a weekly e-newsletter that goes out with a new video. The format and presentation of the email are great, and the video "moves" on people's screens for a few seconds, which makes it compelling for clicking. It is easy to create contact groups and for tracking. The costumer services is also great. They are fast to answer and they always send you a video on how to do it. BB is also great for ...

"very easy to use"

What do you like best about BombBomb? very easy to use once you know how and what to do. What do you dislike about BombBomb? it was confusing at first to try and figure out how to access it, etc. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? communicates with a face... even though it is ugly! you just can't "Un-See" something. and because of that I am memorable.

What do you like best about BombBomb? Ability to use across multiple applications and devices. The integration into Gmail is a great feature and the mobile application works great on the fly. What do you dislike about BombBomb? Actual on-the-phone support as easier to do when the program first launched. "BombBomb is the marketing "BOMB!" I love it!!"

What do you like best about BombBomb? The open rate of my emails, the follow-up and most of the webinar trainings. What do you dislike about BombBomb? This is probably just me but I have a difficult time navigating and finding the help videos. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Great way to get in front of new contacts, customers, etc. The main benefit is that I have found it easier to establish a rapport with new contacts, etc.

What do you like best about BombBomb? Bomb Bomb is an easy way for me to send videos through email, text! And count engagement in each video. What do you dislike about BombBomb? What I dislike is changing templates is cumbersome. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication with people I haven't met

What do you like best about BombBomb? Using bombbomb to introduce myself to new clients allows me to make it more personal and start creating a bond more quickly. What do you dislike about BombBomb? I really dont have a down side to bombbomb at this time. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking emails and knowing when someone views the videos helps to gauge traction.

"BombBomb Makes My Job Easier!"

What do you like best about BombBomb? Being able to quickly shoot videos and send them out for one-to-one connections as well as send out mass emails to follow up from meetings and classes has been extremely helpful for my business. What do you dislike about BombBomb? I don't know if this is something that I dislike about BombBomb, but it would be great if there was an integration to send mass text messages!
